Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to my customers at Flawless Beauty by Monique, please provide a minimum of 72 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be charged a 50% cancellation fee if an appointment is cancelled less than 72 hours in advance. Appointments that are cancelled less than 48 hours prior or if you fail to cancel your appointment and do not show, you will be charged in full. If your credit card declines the payment you will be asked to pay your balance before booking your new appointment. Because appointments fill up quickly, I suggest you schedule your next appointment before you leave. Thanks!
